Being an independent and trained coach offers me a differentiated view of your life. This allows me to see your situation from a different angle. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon to involuntarily and unconsciously lead a destructive inner dialogue that harms us more than it helps us. Because it is not necessary to reinvent the wheel. In other words: You do not have to acquire all the knowledge yourself, but can benefit from me as an expert in the area of life coaching.
