With Developmental Coaching I can help you to find new motivation by finding your potential for development. According to my pragmatic and goal-oriented coaching method, I will explain why working with me will bear fruit in the following three paragraphs:

Being an independent and trained coach offers me a differentiated view of your life. This allows me to see your situation from a different angle. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon to involuntarily and unconsciously lead a destructive inner dialogue that harms us more than it helps us. In addition, we often do not see the forest for the trees and turn around in circles. Specific external inputs can open up new perspectives from which we can derive new paths.

Because my effective tools and approaches enable us to make fast progress in your development. Our main focus is to lead you from problem-oriented thinking towards solution-oriented reflection and to learn and implement new solution methods.

Because it is not necessary to reinvent the wheel. In other words: You do not have to acquire all the knowledge yourself, but can benefit from me as an expert in the area of life coaching. We humans have different capabilities and talents which we use to support each other – in the end we are all in the same boat. The same way a car mechanic can help us as an expert when our car breaks down, a life coach can support you in their area of expertise.
