About me

Understanding the ways of life (cause / effect) is my passion. It fills me with a sense of satisfaction to dig deep and uncover the reasons for a certain behavior. My creed “There is always a cause” motivates me to continue investigating. It is my destiny to support other people in their search and subsequent solution finding.

Without a doubt, my passion for coaching is also based on a cause. Twists of fate in my own life led me to starting my profound personal developmental process. The process allowed me to overcome numerous mental blocks and to deal with deeply rooted traumas and dogmas. This experience, along with my strong empathic abilities, enables me to place myself in the position of my clients. Furthermore, while working on my personal growth, I developed effective instruments to quickly turn problem-oriented into solution-oriented thinking. I am aware that constant development is needed over the course of a lifetime. I look forward to learning more every day.

As my main occupation I work as an account manager in a medium-sized business in the health industry. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, I am a passionate tennis player, I ski, read, continuously educate myself on various topics, and I spend a lot of time with my close soul mate.

During my training at Coaching Institut Living Sense I acquired my coaching skills which I reinforced with the diploma of Cert. Integral Coach CIS.
